Ever wondered why this product is called a micellar toner instead of micellar water? I didn't catch this small detail right away until after I purchased this. I was actually looking for micellar water then (by definition, something that serves as a facial wash/moisturizer/makeup remover.. oh yes, makeup remover please!!!). But after a few uses, I realized that this product was leaning towards wanting to be a toner. I invest in wearing the type of makeup that doesn't budge, and unfortunately, I have to use two cotton pads soaked in this product to remove my makeup. And when I say "soaked", it means that those cotton pads are indeed soaked because it is a bit difficult controlling the amount of liquid coming out. Yes, the bottle is big, and the toner tones and softens; I don't break out with daily use and I like the smell. I give this toner credit for the good stuff. But it's not the best makeup remover/cleanser out there and the packaging could be improved.
