Provides me with my morning boost and helped with my migraine! Love it!
I have ditched my morning coffee for this, and rightfully so because not only does this energize me. This also burns more fat than my usual coffee with cream. I usually drink a cup once I get to the office, one on the afternoons and another one before hitting the gym. After I made my switch, I noticed that I am less caffeine-dependent and that my migraines are less as well. I feel less bloated daily too. Now that I finally got the chance to try this, I am never going back to my old green tea-free life. I am definitely looking forward to filling up my stash with different kinds of tea!
