I grow spearmints. I make tea from their leaves and add a little honey on it. This one smells like my spearmint tea. Since I've already associated drinking spearmint tea with relaxing, whenever I smell this, I also feel relaxed. I will keep on repurchasing this along with the green tea essential oil of this brand.about 1 month ago
This is one of the essential oils I ordered from BeautyMNL. I tried this because I want to try out locally available (and affordable) brands before investing in more expensive ones. I am not an expert in essential oils, so I am only describing my experience in using this EO. I have tried using it in a diffuser and I love the smell. It gives my space that spa-like vibe and it seems to clear my breathing.4 months ago
This was one of my first "pure" essential oil purchase. I have no experience with the more popular pure essential oil brands prior to Beryl. I purchased this to explore brands, especially local ones & find a relief for my tension headaches. I heard diffusing peppermint oil helps. I've tried putting this in an aromatherapy pillow, diffuser, diluting in sunflower oil & even sniffing a bit straight from the bottle. But I didn't experience anything remarkable. But the scent is pretty strong & you can feel a minty warmth when applied to skin so I dilute it & apply it on the skin for colds.7 months ago
My first essential oil haul from beautymnl and from this brand consisted of lavender, peppermint, eucalyptus and jasmine. For peppermint, I decided to use this when I'm having bouts of cold, which happens quite often with this weird weather we have. I put a few drops on a thick cotton bud and started sniffing it. A few minutes later, congestion was gone!! I love this stuff! Will explore other benefits as well.7 months ago
Bonus: they help with breakouts, too!
Same benefits, half the price.
