Best TO product I have tried yet!

This is by far the only TO product that i will repurchase. I use this every night after Niacinamide and I’m loving the results so far. It has lightened the hyperpigmentations on my face due to acne. I am also liking its mattifying finish when applied, also it somehow controls the oilness on my face cos I noticed how my face became less oily when I wake up since I started incorporating this on my night time routine. - Cha

Skin is visibly brighter

This product pilled a lot the first few times I used it, but I realized I needed to use less product and apply it more effectively (by patting not, rubbing). I am almost finished with my first tube, and I am very satisfied with the results. I also like the mattifying effect this has after putting them on. Some days, I don't have to use primer or any coverage.

Works well as skin brightener

I use this with MAP & Niacinamide and I love how they all work together in making my dark spots a lot lighter. Some they totally cleared! A little goes a long way. It feels siliconey, yes but then it dries fast and you won’t feel anything after. I’m not sure if it really keeps acnes at bay but maybe it helps my other acne treating products. I also mostly use this at night because it tends to break into particles when you put a lot of different products on your face. Lastly, you have to give this product time, you may not notice the effect right away but in the long run, you’ll realize that it’s actually working. I will definitely repurchase.

My spot treatment

I had my dermatologist pricked my closed comedones on my forehead for about a year now and since then, my t-zone gets really red when it's exposed to heat. I discovered this product just last January 2018 and bought this for its sole purpose that it is "brightening", not knowing that it can actually work miracles on the redness! I used to apply this all over my face but discovered it can be used as a spot treatment on the affected area. Though for the brightening part, I haven't tried applying this product enough to see if it really gives off a brightening effect all over my face since I didn't like the silicone-y scent. Still, one of my HGs!

Nice to have

I bought TO Azealic Acid Suspension 10% four months ago. I've been using this AM and PM, every day. The suspension has a thin consistency that quickly dries up. It smells 'silicony' and gives a matte finish. It took me a while to figure out how to incorporate this in my skin care routine, but I think this is where it's most beneficial me: After my water-based serums, I thinly apply this as a spot treatment. Once dry, I put two drops of my favorite oil (tsubaki at AM or rosehip at PM), and then apply another thin layer of this product on top. I put on sunscreen in the morning to minimize pigmentation. If there's anything hands-down nice about this product is that my acne no longer leaves a dark mark when it heals. I had two large cystic acnes around my nose when I bought this product which are now barely visible. While smaller pimples do not disappear overnight, it now dries up quicker. My first tube is almost finished and most likely I am going to buy this product again to see if it can further lighten up my older acne scars.

It's great, but not a miracle worker

It took me a while to decide how I felt about this, but it's been a couple of months so I think I can write a review pretty confidently. To be completely honest, there was a bit of a learning curve with this one. The Ordinary suggests that you use it as the last step in your skincare routine, after all your serums and moisturizers, and while there were some brightening results from doing this, I also noticed some breaking out around my chin. I cut it out of my routine for a week then reintroduced it as a step before my moisturizer off some advice online and I found that it worked way better for me and I love this little tube now. I use about a pea-sized amount for my whole face and that's enough. Some people seem to use a lot more, but a pea-sized amount spread thinly and evenly all over the face works for me and ensures that my face doesn't feel suffocated and that it doesn't pill. The smell isn't offensive either, it smells a little like silicone but nothing strong. I then wait about five minutes before applying moisturizer. I would say, however, to be cautious and realistic with this. Some reviews online and on this site claim that it did so much for them, way more than it's advertised to do, and while I'm sure that's true, that wasn't the case for me. It evened out my skin tone and calmed down a lot of redness at the center of my face and my blemishes didn't look as stark, but it didn't cure them. It does what it says on the tin, and it does it really well. Five stars.
