Im that low-key customer that the best she could do as a consumer is to give stars to her consumables, never reviews. Yet. I debated long and hard before writing this review. So okay I was hyped when I got this as a gift cos I had tried RV's serum. Its nice enough for a moisturizer. Didnt broke me out. But i'd like to clear it out that I had acne-free and normal skin. Had. I never had severe breakouts until this. So here's the flashback: Fresh out outta the package, sis gave it to me. When I uncapped it, it didnt smell anything. There was even that subtle good smell at first (which I cant remember). So the cc is pinkish in color and there's I think 'beads' in it (theyre like this little dots, but it blends). It has that good syrupy consistency. But the smell. It doesnt smell like something spoiled. But still bad. Close to a girl's private. Not kidding. Even my sis says so. But we thought maybe thats just how it is so I left it at that. Its brand new and the expiry date's in 2 years. So I just used it for emergency correcting. When I used up my main bb, I used this. I have my milani foundation that I only use for occassions because Im the less is more for makeup. It was about 3 weeks that I used this every other school day. I was busy with our thesis and hadnt had the time to do splurging. The last time I put this on was when I saw that red outlines when I hand-blend the cream for last touches. At first I thought it was lipstick cos it doesnt smudge. But when I actually squeezed a bit too much and wiped it with tissue, I was beyond shooked. From pink it became a reddish-brownish thing on my hand. After I stopped, I had the worst breakout of my life. No kidding. Thankfully I have strong skin barriers (thank God for good gennes) and only have about 5 mommy zits (trust me, thats a breakout for me). I assume I got a defect product. Hopefully, honest reviews arent trashed/blocked.
