Purchased this for my mom actually, as she takes 6 tablets every day. She uses it as a physiological supplement, because (typical for women) joints and ligaments are not as well-cushioned and this is when we start experiencing joint pain. This helps her move normally and without feeling any pain. :)
3 months agoI normally break out when it's that time of the month, which I didn't experience when I started taking this. I haven't seen some dramatic changes in my skin but I am far from finishing the bottle. I'm hoping to see some progress in the next 2 weeks or so.
over 1 year agomy skin is recuperating from a really bad break out and i thought id give it a boost so i got into this collagen capsules. i am now halfway thru this huge bottle and so far no dramatic changes. tho i noticed my face isnt as oily. and i take 3 tablets in the morning and 3 in the evening. quite a lot if u asked me. but im gonna finish the whole bottle to see if there would be more improvements after. the upside so far is i dont see or notice any bad side effects. tho when taking plenty of Vit C can make u feel dizzy and whatnot. so far no for me. which is good
