Everything in a Bottle!!!
There are very few beauty products I can absolutely glowingly review but this MCT oil is just absolutely for everyone. I know it's normally marketed as a supplement for someone who's undergoing a keto diet. I am not one of those folks but it's still absolutely worth it to me.
Initially, I just add it to my coffee. Having read that MCT oil has a lot of good cholesterol, I wanted some too. I didn't even brew my coffee. It was a regular 3 in 1 sachet with hot water, mixed a teaspoon and enjoyed it. It didn't change the coffee taste or anything but I noticed the creamier texture. Been doing this for months and I can honestly say that on days when I skip it, I feel a brain fog towards the afternoon. This helps with a little more energy and a lot more clarity in my thought process somehow. Also, I noticed that I am more regular with the movements when I wasn't before. So there is already a ton of benefits there.
But then I didn't restock on my nightly oil (if you do the 10-step Korean skin care routine, you need an oil layered on to your skin after the moisturizers) and this doubled as that! It is odorless, greaseless, and stain-free (unlike some oils that are guaranteed to smell like it's rancid or "maanta" in the morning and will definitely leave a mark on your pillowcases). I feel like it's easily absorbed, readily converted by my skin to whatever oil it needs, and gives me a radiance somehow.
Other times I used it was to grease mugs for a mug cake, some elbow lotion for when my skin is drying out (worked wonders for raw/dry/scaly skin!), beard oil and after shave for my man (his beard area was so much better after that, not prickly anymore), I even ran out of cooking oil once but because I'm well-stocked with this, I was able to make pancakes! I'm telling you guys, this is the only oil you will need.
