INGREDIENTS: Black Chia Seeds

Soak 1 teaspoon of Chia Seeds in your choice of liquid (such as water, coconut water, nut milk, or juice) for five minutes to give seeds time to adjust to a gel-like consistency. You may also mix in Chia Seeds to your smoothies after blending for a thicker consistency. For Chia Pudding, soak 1/4 cup of Chia in 1 cup of water or dairy-free milk for 5 hours. As a substitute for eggs in baking, use 1 tablespoon of Chia with 3 tablespoons of water to replace 1 egg.

Not for me

I bought this after i read the bloom article about chia.. I soaked this in water Overnight. Hinahalo ko siya sa oats, plain water, coconut water, avocado shake, chocolate shake. It doesn't affect the taste of the food or drink. Wala akong nafefeel na effect, pero effective siya sa husband ko. It suppress his appetite and nagbabawas agad siya after intake ng chia.

Good buy

I add this to oatmeal whenever I get hungry in the afternoon and when I go home at night, I still feel full and can sometimes go without dinner. I like that the pack is resealable so its not messy. I still eat a lot, so I dont know about the weight loss - but it does help you feel full longer.

Add this to everything!

personally, did not expect anything from Chia Seeds but I was a bit shocked to see that this bag has good amount of seeds and now I put it on everything! I add Chia Seeds on top of my meals, on my juice drink and mix them in my snacks. 100% will repurchase.

Value for Money

I normally add chia seeds in my overnight oats and smoothies. This pack lasts for a very long time as i only use a few teaspoons for every serving. This is also kind of “affordable” if you compare it with other brands. Will definitely purchase again once i run out :)

HEALTHY WORHT IT

This is superworth it. Would totally recommend it. Its one of the cheapest chia seeds i found on the online markter. If you are indigested you should definitely try it. It really helps with digestion and cleansing your body of toxins. I usually put it togther with pineapple juice. 100% worhtit 100%healthy

Juice + Chia Seeds

I blend veggies and fruits every morning for my breakfast and I add a tablespoon of chia seeds in it. No additional flavors. No honey, no sugar, no anything. Just pure veggies and chia. I add 1/4 teaspoon of maca powder too just to make it healthier and more super. :))
