INGREDIENTS: Black Chia Seeds

Soak 1 teaspoon of Chia Seeds in your choice of liquid (such as water, coconut water, nut milk, or juice) for five minutes to give seeds time to adjust to a gel-like consistency. You may also mix in Chia Seeds to your smoothies after blending for a thicker consistency. For Chia Pudding, soak 1/4 cup of Chia in 1 cup of water or dairy-free milk for 5 hours. As a substitute for eggs in baking, use 1 tablespoon of Chia with 3 tablespoons of water to replace 1 egg.

Chia love <3

I love chia seed! It is one of the best foods for weight loss. it is also very easy to prepare -- i would just put 2 tablespoons of it on a liter of water, add 3 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar, and put it in the fridge, and that's enough! Sometimes, I would add slices of lemon too.

The best!

I love SuperGrocer products. I was over the moon to find out they are here in Beauty MNL. Guaranteed to be healthy, natural, organic, non-gmo — name it! I soak these seeds overnight in Almond milk and add everything and anything I want the next morning: fruits, rolled-oats, cacao nibs. I would always choose this brand.

Love IT!

Whew! Glad I got this before it sold out! I've been using this on a daily basis for two weeks now, and I never felt so good. For one, this helps me to be full for longer without making me bloated unlike other "organic" products. Possibly because different body compositions react differently? At any rate, I'm really enjoying this and it satisfies my sweet tooth when I soak it in Greek yogurt along with fruits like strawberries or mangoes. Will definitely repurchase once it's back in stock!

I have used this brand many times! good clean chia & affordable! I soak it overnight and drink it in the morning to receive the maximum benefits of this superfood. Chia seeds are packed full of important nutrients. They are an excellent source of omega-3 fatty acids, which help to raise HDL cholesterol (the good cholesterol that helps protect against heart attack and stroke). Chia seeds are also rich in antioxidants and full of fiber, magnesium, zinc, iron and calcium. I will order again :)

Versatile and Healthy

What I love about this is how easily I can sneak it into my daily food. I just mix it into my breakfast oatmeal or use it to replace eggs for baking. I strongly believe in eating better in order to lose weight, and regularly eating this helped me trim some of the post-partum weight. I intentionally waited a few weeks in order to see results before posting this review. Of course, you still need to maintain a healthy diet if you really want to lose weight, but this helped out a lot. The fact that it has so many health benefits doesn't hurt either. For someone who is lactose intolerant like me, having alternate sources of calcium is always a good thing.

Nicely Priced Chia seeds!

I love Chia seeds for adding an extra bit of protein and oomph to my daily smoothie (rolled oats and chia seeds is a staple) and this is one of the cheapest on the market. I use chia seeds for cooking also, I add a bit on top of salads and it just adds a different texture also. This one is quite hygienic with the resealable pack and easy to differentiate from all the other super grocer products with the distinctive color.
