Love the taste!

I have used a lot of coconut sugar, and this one stand out. It has a clean taste with just a hint of sweetness. The sugar doesn't have any bigger granules with it which is a plus. With muscovado sugar, I don't like mixing it with any other food aside from coffee, desserts, and oatmeal. I used this sugar in my adobo and menudo and it turned out fine.

Staple in my house

This Cocory Ivory sugar has been the staple sugar in my house ever since I discovered it (either this one or the darker variety). Made purely from coconut so it must be good for you, right?? It works especially well with coffee and oatmeal! Plus, it is one of the cheapest coco sugar I have tried (even compared to the ones from the grocery store).

Great alternative!

I bought this for I was looking for an alternative to white sugar. I'm glad that I was able to try it. It has a sweet, nutty taste that compliments everything. I like mixing it in my teas as well as our fruit shakes. My husband also loves it in his coffee. It gives drinks a different touch of flavor which I love.

Not your ordinary coco sugar

I have a 1-year old son and he loves sweets! As a mother, I love to provide the best and healthiest sources of food for my son. The more natural, the better. This is what I put in his oatmeal and my coffee/tea as well! Honey may cause botulism for children so this is a great alternative. I love it :)
