I love sukang Iloko and so this reminds me so much about that. I use it as a dipping sauce and for cooking. My adobo is made even better with this. Wish they sell it in bigger sizes. I stopped buying commercial vinegar because this is all I need. Wonderful!5 months ago
I have been looking for a healthier alternative to commercial vinegar sold at supermarkets because of its iodized salt and coloring ingredients. Good thing Beauty Manila now sells this coconut vinegar, and the price is not bad! I just hope a bigger size can be sold soon so I would not have to purchase a bottle every other month or so.6 months ago
I am choosing between this and the apple cider but I went for this one. It doesn't have that very acidic smell or taste of a regular vinegar. I drizzle this on my cucumber and kani salad with salt, ground pepper, and coco sugar. I would only recommend this for dressing since it's just in a small bottle.10 months ago
