I've tried so many brands to put on my face in the morning, and this is the only one that delivered. I usually have an oily t-zone and dry u-zone, like my nose and forehead literally shines, while my cheeks and lip corners would be a little flaky. Even worse, I would get zits that are just hard to get off my face. But not with this boosting cream from Banila. I would usually apply toner twice, then put a thin layer of Banila Co. boosting cream. Whether I'll apply make up afterwards when going out or just sunscreen and loose powder when just staying indoors, I'm good with this. Only 4/5 though coz of the price.. But a small jar lasts for months anyway.
i was really happy about this moisturizer but after a while, my skin got textured skin and bumps that were growing a bit red (it wasn’t itchy!) i think the jar packaging didnt really work well even though i’ve used moisturizers in a jar and my skin was good with them? maybe the ingredients were a bit too strong
My HG moisturizer is the Khiel's Ultra Facial Cream, but I find it kinda expensive so I am on the lookout for a not-as-expensive product to use instead. I came upon this one because I'm already in love with Banila Co's cleansing balm, so I thought why not try this moisturizer. It's great, it feels glossy on my skin, a little goes a long way, it has some fragrance (a watchout for those who cannot use products with fragance). I find the fragrance relaxing, and puts me in a good mood to be rubbing it on my skin, if that makes sense!
I honestly never leave reviews, but I wanted to share my thoughts on this fantastic cream! The packaging is absolutely adorable; I love the pink! A small little scoop is all that’s needed for the whole face because the product spreads so well. It definitely hydrates my skin and makes it soft with a nice shine, coming from someone with dehydrated skin. It also is great under makeup, which is a huge benefit for someone like me who wears makeup often. I will definitely purchase again! Thank you SoKo Glam for providing this product
