I lost weight while taking this product. I took this 30 minutes before lunch and 30 minutes before dinner. Once, I took a third tablet after dinner. The following morning I experienced hypoglycaemia because I did not feel hunger (therefore I didn’t eat). Never took third tab again. I stuck with two tabs a day
9 months agoI bought this for my friend. She was asking me to look for effective and affordable dietary supplement. I stumble to this product at nabasa ko yung mga benefits at umagree naman yung friend ko. At first ay nag alangan sya pero sabi nya matagal dw syang magutom at regular na yung pagbabawas nya.
11 months agoFirst of, the size of the tablet makes it a little bit harder to swallow. Be ready to gulp water down. First few days of taking it, you can feel the appetite suppresant part, then it really helps in the bathroom, definitely feel lighter after. But after a week, your appetite gets back to normal. I havent lost any weight and im halfway down the bottle. Then again, this might be good for those who just needs a little push or support when dieting and exercising at the same time. Ive tried another type of diet pills with greentea instead. They WORK!but in exchange you can feel and hear your heartbeat and you'll be forced to exercise. This one at least doesnt change your heart rythm.
