This organic shampoo is worth studying and using!! <3
I just recently had Keratin Treatment for my hair, so I also needed to invest on hair products to maintain it. Shampoos containing harmful chemicals are a no-no (hello sulfates, parabens, and salt!) as they strip off the natural oil and keratin on your hair, thus destroying the effect of the treatment. When I did some research, I found out that this shampoo is actually a safe option because it's organic, sulfate-free / SLS (Sodium Lauryl Sulfate) -free, paraben-free, and salt (Sodium Chloride)-free. The latter one is responsible for drying out your hair (think of what saltwater does to our hair, right?)! Now to compensate for being SLS-free and salt-free, this shampoo used plant derivatives (Sodium Lauroyl Sarcosinate, Sodium PEG 7 Olive Oil Carboxylate) which are mild surfactants that are safer for our hair. That being said, this shampoo does not lather as much as your usual popular shampoos (because your sulfates are responsible for that extra lather!), but rest assured that it still does the job well and still cleans your hair without harming it. The macadamia oil and avocado oil are the ones responsible for giving your hair that silk and shine, which is also a plus for me. I also recommend using an organic conditioner which is also SLS-free, paraben-free, and salt-free after using this shampoo. I use the SNOE Tea Tree Conditioner for that matter. Thumbs up!
