Light layers is the way
Okay, I'm blessed with not so deep circles and no bags yet. And that's why this is a 5 star for me. Given, I don't spam my under eye with that god-awful triangle shape to look like I have great concealer on, because the texture and consistency of this concealer can cake and be heavy, as any makeup when put too much. And one shouldn't cake so much under the eyes as it's uncomfortable , but hey, you do you. Coverage is medium when layered twice but will either have a skin-like finish depending on how you've smoothened it with a silky primer or even an eye cream, or a matte-crepey look, which is unflattering. I don't prime all the time and since I dot so little, it leaves a matte finish and skin-like color as it cancels what little blue on my under eyes, so nothing is looking and feeling caked on. BEST TIP: don't immediately blend the concealer (or any similar light consistency concealer). Wait a few seconds as it becomes tacky than it was so it won't be streaking thinly. Then blend it across the area and you'll see that it spreads more evenly and if you want, you can layer another, wait a few seconds, then blend. Granted, I stand by layering minimally and👏to👏 forget 👏about 👏pounding 👏on 👏too 👏much 👏concealer especially if it's already as powerful as, say, the Shape Tape.
