Suitable even for very sensitive skin
Since my teens I'd always shaved instead of waxed because I have very sensitive skin prone to contact dermatitis, so I was afraid traditional waxing would damange my skin. When I found out about sugaring, I thought of buying sugar wax to try it out. I was optimistic that it wouldn't damage my skin because the ingredients are all-natural and it supposedly sticks mostly to hair, not skin, which lessens the probability of irritation. As a complete sugaring newbie, it did take a bit of time for me to figure out how to use the sugar wax efficiently. I like to put in the freezer for around 5 minutes just to harden it a bit, and I found out that I shouldn't spend too much time spreading the paste because it would soften, making it less effective. This worked great for the hair on my legs, but for my underarms it was quite a challenge. Even after going over thea rea four times (I read it's okay to do this for sugar wax since it's much gentler than traditional wax, but I wait 2-3 minutes before sugaring the area again just to get the pain to subside a bit.), there was still quite a lot of leftover hair. As I said I'd been shaving since forever so my underarm hair is quite coarse and I have a lot of hair, so that probably had something to do with it. However, supposedly after a couple of sugaring sessions the hair becomes finer and fewer so hopefully things will improve after a few months. As for the pain, it's kinda painful when using it on the underarms but nothing I can't tolerate. Overall, this is a great product which I will definitely be repurchasing.
