This is the only matte lippie I have from the brand and I'd say I won't buy one again. I love this shade and the finish so much, and it glides on like butter when applied. However, it bleeds like crazy in the corners and outline of my lips when I eat even the tiniest amount of food that's not even oily. So if you're a snacker, I don't recommend this lippie for you. Staying power is meh especially when compared to other local brands like Pink Sugar × Project Vanity lippies. Also, I find the matte formula too fragile because one time when I opened it to retouch, the product inside fell on the ground. I never dropped it or exposed it to heat so I don't understand why it's that sensitive. For the price, I expect more from this product.8 months ago
The description says "brick nude", but on me it comes off a little more like a brownish-mauve, almost dusty-rose in undertone. Not that I mind, because it's still a gorgeous color in Happy Skin's usual non-drying formula. It's not quite a nude, but still neutral and subtle enough for everyday wear and very flattering (doesn't wash out at all!). I've always been a fan of the Shut Up and Kiss Me line for its formula, since the creamy-textured lippies sport a great matte/satin finish that doesn't dry out or crack your lips. The only downside is the crayon shape, because it can sometimes fall out of its casing and it makes really precise application a bit tricky, plus it's not transfer-proof. But Happy Skin lippies have always been worth the buy, especially since you shop local to boot!!11 months ago
Indulge me is lip crayon, part of the Shut Up and Kiss Me Moisturizing line. It's a beautiful rosy red. It's a color that can be worn day or night. It's a beautiful nude that can be an MLBB shade. Even though it's red, it's not as flashy as you'd expect. The color is highly pigmented. It gives you a full coverage with just a single swipe. But if you do want a brighter or darker color, you can add a few more layers til you build up to the shade of your choice. It has this satiny, creamy matte finish that is not transfer proof. It doesn't leave your lips looking dry or wrinkly. The moisturizing effects of the lippie leaves your lips looking full and healthy even after you've taken it off. Longevity wise, it last a pretty decent time, around 3-4 hours but faster when you eat or drink because it transfers. It's also not smudge-proof so you need to be careful. Again, another thumbs up to Happy Skin Cosmetics. Their products are bit on the pricey end but it is so worth the investment, one that I wouldn't hesitate to make. 😁12 months ago
I love, love, love the color and texture of this lippie. My biggest issue with it is it broke suddenly when I haven't even taken it out of the house. I was able to stick it back together by melting with a lighter, but it was such an inconvenience especially since I had barely used it 3 times when it suddenly fell out of the case the next time I got it outabout 1 year ago
I'm in love with this color! Ever since the brown-lip-aka-90s-lip has resurfaced, I was drawn to all shades of brown. As with any matte formula of Happy Skin's SUKM line, it glides on smoothly on the lips and leaves a matte finish without feeling heavy. It's not so dark as to look vampy or gothic. The shade is just right for everyday work wear. I hope Happy Skin will release a liquid lipstick version of this :)about 1 year ago
The shade is described as a brick nude and if you're bored with brown, the hint of red here will delight you. It's non-drying and works well with my Mac NC 30 skin tone. Wear time is a good 4 hours and the matte finish is wonderful. Would love to try the red shades next. But offhand this was a good addition to my huge lipstick collection as I don't have a shade quite like this.about 1 year ago
