For those of us cursed with a sweet tooth and a voracious appetite, these energy bombs are the perfect food. Not only are they loaded with protein, fiber, and healthy fats, the dark chocolate mixed into them hit the sweet spot every time. Our first taste of these wasabi roasted edamame beans came with a lot of ooh’s and ahh’s. For one thing, it packs one hell of a kick—the briefly torturous, but ultimately satisfying, kind that only wasabi can bring. For another, it’s so crunchy and easy to keep poppin’, we couldn’t help but inhale a whole bag in minutes. Good thing it’s almost all protein, fiber, and iron, right?
