Here, we show you how to make your own cold brew at home—and luckily, it’s a lot easier than you think. You only need ground-up coffee beans, water, and some patience.

COLD BREW COFFEE


INGREDIENTS:

  • 3/4 cup coarsely ground coffee
  • 4 cups cold water

MATERIALS:

  • French press

PROCEDURE:

STEP 1: Pour the coffee into your French press.


STEP 2: Slowly add in the water, stirring gently to make sure all coffee grounds are moistened.


STEP 3: Place on the lid (but do not press down on the plunger). Let stand for 12 hours at room temperature.


STEP 4: Press down on the plunger. Pour into a glass, add ice, and enjoy.
