PEANUT BUTTER AND BANANA WRAP

INGREDIENTS:

Optional:

  • Honey

    PROCEDURE:
    STEP 1: Spread peanut butter evenly over wrap.
    STEP 2: Top with sliced banana and chopped walnuts.
    STEP 3: Drizzle honey over the wrap if desired.
    STEP 4: Roll up wrap.

MASHED AVOCADO WRAP

INGREDIENTS:

Optional:

  • chili flakes

    PROCEDURE:
    STEP 1: Spread mashed avocado evenly over wrap.
    STEP 2: Top with sliced tomato and corn.
    STEP 3: Sprinkle with chili flakes if desired.
    STEP 4: Roll up wrap.
