For those of us grappling with self-confidence, our harshest critic tends to be ourselves. We tend to blame, punish, and berate ourselves for things we’d easily forgive other people for, which is super unfair. Last but certainly not least, always make sure you’re resting well. Very few people function at their best when running on too little sleep, so don’t deprive yourself of those zzz’s!
