6 Snacks You Can Binge-Eat Without Gaining Weight
Let’s be honest: we all have cravings. And most of the time (at least, for me), we give into them. My advice: don’t fight the feeling—just snack responsibly!
Contrary to popular belief, there are treats out there that are both delicious and good for you. In fact, I’ve come up with a list of 6 healthy alternatives to junk food that always satisfy my cravings. Because why deprive yourself?
1. KALE CHIPS
If you’re looking for something with a crunch, kale chips make for a great alternative to potato chips. And technically, you’re eating your greens—just crisped up and with a lot more variety in flavor. I like the way kale chips sort of melt in your mouth. Yum!

2. CACAO NIBS
Need your chocolate fix? Cacao nibs to the rescue! Eat them straight out of the bag or toss them into your oatmeal for a little bittersweetness. Bonus: they’re rich in antioxidants. Thank God for this wonderful creation!

3. FROZEN GRAPES
Craving for a cold treat? Frozen grapes are to die for. They’re kind of like mini popsicles because they’re super sweet, icy on the outside, and perfect for a hot day. If you’ve never tried them before, do me a favor and stick a bunch of grapes in your freezer ASAP. You won’t regret it!
4. NUT BUTTER
Once you go nut butter, you never go back. There are so many creative ways to eat it with every snack. Spread it on toast! Add it to your favorite smoothie! Eat it with a banana! Or, eat it the way I normally eat it—straight off the spoon. (Just no double-dipping, okay?)

5. TRAIL MIX
Nuts are jam-packed with healthy fats. That means a handful will be enough to keep you energized for the day. So not only will trail mix will satisfy your salty cravings, the nuts in it will keep you full for a longer time. It’s a simple, quick snack you can take along with you anywhere.

6. FRUIT CRISPS
Fruits are healthy on their own, but fruit crisps take them to a whole other appealing level. These semi-sweet snacks are good for your body and packed with so much flavor!
