Yields: 5 pancakes

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 banana
  • 6 tbsp. cup old-fashioned oats
  • 2 tbsp. chocolate protein powder
  • 1 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon

PROCEDURE:
STEP 1: Mix eggs, bananas, and oats until finely incorporated.
STEP 2: After, mix in protein, cocoa powder, and cinnamon.
STEP 3: Pour 1/4 cup worth of mixture onto preheated skillet. Cook through.

VANILLA OATMEAL WITH PEANUT BUTTER

Yields: 1 serving

INGREDIENTS:

PROCEDURE:
STEP 1: Cook oatmeal according to package instructions.
STEP 2: After oatmeal is cooked, add in vanilla protein.
